MAIL ONLINE CHRISTMAS PARTY

Creative Producer with INSYNC Events

Brief: Mail Online wanted us to create a really unforgettable and unimaginable Christmas party for their staff.

Delivery: The Hurlingham Club was the stunning setting for the party which we themed 'Disco Through The Decades'. Each of the rooms was designed with a different decade starting from the 70s.

Guests entered the spectacular Palm Court onto a colourful light up dance floor with a glittering disco ball canopy hanging from the glass ceiling.

Some guests were brave enough to question one of our MIB security guards, guarding a secret door. The door lead to the hallway of fame with different doors leading to different spaces in the venue. We had a 90s Karaoke booth, a 60s Andy Warhol themed photo booth, a full roller disco room and the most immersive experience, the 80s room.

Actors dressed as acting agents dragged guests through the back of house, into the greenroom where they had to rehearse their lines, have their make-up done and got booted out onto stage where they performed with a band. Hulk Hogan ran a cocktail bar, slinky's decorated the ceiling and Christmas Trees and guests played on old school 80s video games.

A countdown timer in the main room alerted guests that the party was counting down to something. All guests were ushered under the disco ball canopy for the countdown.

Giant glitter canons went off in the space and colourful LED drummers took to the floor for a performance. They led the guests into the final room reveal - the Future room. Where Labrinth performed a set against a bespoke built stage with video mapped content and guests partied the night away until the early hours.
